With Playstation 5 just around the corner the offerings for PS4 will be less and less but for now they still have some gems coming out and I figured I’d highlight some of the ones that stand out to me…So without further delay let’s get to some of the games releasing in September 2020…like I said this won’t be every single game coming out, just the cream of the crop in my humble opinion.

Necromunda: Underhive Wars (Sept. 8)

The Tactical RPG developed by Rogue Factor Necromunda: Underhive Wars will be hitting shelves on September 8th and looks promising.

“Deep below the nightmarish, polluted hive cities of Necromunda, in the twisted, vertiginous, dark tunnels of the Underhive, rival gangs fight to the death for personal power, wealth, survival and the honor of their Houses. Only the strongest will survive.

Lead, customize, and grow your gangs of Escher, Goliath, and Orlock. Specialize each member and send them to battle in hazardous dystopian environments. Exploit the terrain in tactical gunfights: climb raised walkways to take advantage, set traps, and ambush foes to force them into bloody melee engagements.

  • Lead and evolve your gangs in this compelling tactical-RPG
  • Follow a rich and well thought out narrative campaign in the Underhive

RPG Maker MV (Sept. 8)

If you’ve ever wanted to make your own RPG it’s never been easier than this, get your hands on RPG Maker MV on September 8.

“RPGMAKER was born to fulfill the desire of creating an original RPG without programming knowledge. Four years have passed since the release of the previous RPGMAKER, VX Ace. The landscape of gaming, especially for RPGs, has changed greatly. So did the needs of our users. With the latest installment, RPGMAKER MV allows the dreams of many of its fans to come true! RPGMAKER can now create RPGs for MacOSX, Android and iPhone.”

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning (Sept. 8)

The very underrated RPG gets a new release in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning on September 8 and I for one can’t wait.

“The hit RPG returns! From the minds of the bestselling author R.A. Salvatore, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion lead designer Ken Rolston comes Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning.  Remastered with extended content, stunning visuals, and refined gameplay, KoA delivers intense, customizable RPG combat inside a sprawling game world.

  • Uncover the secrets of Amalur, from the vibrant city of Rathir to the vast region of Dalentarth to the grim dungeons of the Brigand Hall Caverns.

  • Enjoy countless sidequests rich in political intrigue, romance, sinister magics and even whimsy – all central to the primary mission.
  • Extend your experience in Amalur with all DLC from the original release, from Teeth of Naros to Legend of Dead Kel and more!
  • Improved graphical fidelity including Native 4K support!”

Party Hard 2 (Sept. 8)

The sequel to the insanely fun stealth strategy game Party Hard 2 hits store shelves on September 8 and brings something unique to the genre.

“Party Hard 2 is a stealth strategy game about stopping parties by any means. Developed by Pinokl Games and produced by tinyBuild.

The thrilling sequel to 2015’s stealth strategy hit features a brand new character who gets caught up in a no-christmas-bonus situation. The only logical thing to do is to go on a killing spree at the corporate party.

A brand new 3D graphics engine allows for many more gameplay mechanics previously impossible in the game.”

The Sims 4: Star Wars – Journey to Batuu (Sept. 8)

This one should be an interesting entry seeing that it seems to have angers Sims and star Wars fans alike but maybe it’ll be more enjoyable than we all think…time will only tell and you can find out on September 8.

It’s just your same ole Sims game with a bunch of Star Wars stuff added in…seems like a foolproof sales plan to combine the two but I don’t think this one will go over well with gamers in the end.

Tamarin (Sept. 10)

The new release from Chameleon Games looks to be a fun , wholesome and family friendly 3D platformer and it’s due out on September 10.

“Explore an incredible interconnected 3D world, brimming with primate platforming and bug-splattering shooter action. Leap with the agility of a tamarin as you journey into the Northern wilderness on scenic routes through forests, fjords and mountains. Along the way you will chase mysterious electrical fireflies, discover a secret underground world of dancing ants, rescue innocent birds, and restore the tamarins’ once idyllic natural habitat.”

Wintermoor Tactics Club (Sept. 10)

I’m a sucker for a good tactics game and the new release Wintermoor Tactics Club not only looks like a great addition to the genre it also is a pretty unique addition.

“It was hard enough for Alicia to make friends at prestigious Wintermoor Academy before the whole school erupted into a snowball tournament!  Now, her tiny Tactics Club must transform from nerdy nobodies into the heroes they play in their tabletop campaign, or they’ll be disbanded forever.

Discover the sinister truth behind the War of the Clubs in this cozy tactics RPG. Test your strategic mettle against an avalanche of strange and colorful characters. And don’t forget to make new friends!”

Bounty Battle (Sept. 10)

I always love when games crossover and feature characters from other games I love, the new fighting game from Merge Games Bounty Battle does just that and looks to be a solid fighter as well.

“Bounty Battle is the ultimate indie fighting game: a new 2D fighter, where you can pit your favourite Indie heroes against one another! Indie heroes from games like Guacamelee! Dead Cells, Darkest Dungeon & more battle it out in this fighter frenzy. Bounty Battle features over 25 fighters from over 20 different Indie games! Each fighter comes with their own Minion companion and unique abilities. Battle across levels inspired from the fighters’ native game worlds with up to 3 other players.”

Vampire: The Masquerade – Shadows of New York (Sept. 10)

A new addition to the world of Vampire: The Masquerade comes to PS4 on September 10 and promises to bring a more personal and in depth gaming experience for fans of the series.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Shadows of New York is a visual novel video game in development by Polish studio Draw Distance, planned for release on September 10, 2020 as a stand-alone expansion to their 2019 game Coteries of New York. It is based on the Tabletop Roleplaying game and follows Julia of the vampire clan Lasombra, who investigates the death of the Anarch movement’s local leader. Throughout the game, the player makes decisions that cause the narrative to branch”

Minoria (Sept. 10)

A beautifully designed and unique game from Bombservice Minoria is another great entry from the underrated studio.

“Minoria is the latest and most ambitious game from Bombservice, and a spiritual sequel to the Momodora series, from the same studio.Fans of Momodora will find familiar aspects in the design and gameplay elements, as they master the ins-and-outs of parries, dodges, and a variety of different spells.
The presentation has evolved to an HD format, with aesthetics mixing 2D hand-painted backgrounds and cel-shaded characters.”

Signup for GameFly to get the latest PS4, Xbox, & Nintendo Switch games!

Spelunky 2 (Sept. 15)

The wildly popular game from Derek Yo finally gets it’s sequel on September 15 and in my opinion it’s one of the better offering for Playstation 4 this month.

“Spelunky 2 builds upon the unique, randomized challenges that made the original a roguelike classic, offering a huge adventure designed to satisfy players old and new. Meet the next generation of explorers as they find themselves on the Moon, searching for treasure and missing family.”

Pacer (Sept. 17)

The first ever arcade racing battle royal game hits shelves on September 17 and looks like it’ll probably be a freaking blast!

Pacer, originally titled Formula Fusion, is a futuristic  arcade battle royal racing game developed by R8 Games for Windows, PS4 and Xbox One. It is set to release on September 17, 2020.A kickstarter campaign by R8 Games was successful in securing over £79,000 to begin development on the game which was released as an early access version through Steam in August 2015. The game was re-branded from Formula Fusion to Pacer in early 2019.”

Crysis Remastered (Sept. 18)

A remastered version of the fan favorite hits store shelves on September 18.

“The classic first person shooter from Crytek is back with the action-packed gameplay, sandbox world, and thrilling epic battles you loved the first time around. What begins as a simple rescue mission becomes the battleground of a new war as alien invaders swarm over a North Korean island chain. Armed with a powerful Nanosuit, players can become invisible to stalk enemy patrols, or boost strength to lay waste to vehicles. The Nanosuit’s speed, strength, armor, and cloaking allow creative solutions for every kind of fight, while a huge arsenal of modular weaponry provides unprecedented control over play style. In the ever-changing environment, adapt tactics and gear to dominate your enemies, in an enormous sandbox world.”

WWE 2K Battlegrounds (Sept. 18)

WWE is releasing a different take on wrestling games with this newest entry made to be more over the wall and zany than their usual games.

“The world of WWE is your battleground with all-new, over the top, in-your-face arcade action as your favorite WWE Superstars and Legends battle it out in outlandish interactive environments around the world. Compete with your friends in your favorite match types with an arsenal of exaggerated maneuvers, special abilities, and devastating power-ups, including Steel Cage, Royal Rumble, Fatal Four Way and more, as Mauro Ranallo and Jerry “The King” Lawler call all the mayhem! Are you ready to enter the battleground?”

Dungreed (Sept. 24)

I’m a huge fan of Roguelite and Roguelike games and Dungreed looks like an interesting take on them, looking forward to trying this one.

“Dungreed is a 2D side-scrolling action game with 2D Rogue-LITE elements. You become an adventurer exploring a continuously evolving dungeon to prevent the town from being destroyed. Eliminate enemies, use a variety of weapons and magic, eat food, and defeat evil in the dungeon”

Going Under (Sept. 24)

Another unique take on a Roguelite game Going Under takes place in an office setting rather than a dungeon and hits shelves on September 24.

“Going Under is a roguelite-inspired dungeon crawler about exploring the cursed ruins of failed tech startups. You’ll wield office junk as weapons as you battle your way through the forsaken office complexes. Stab a demon with a thumbtack one moment, run over a goblin with a smart car the next–your options in combat are constantly changing.”

Mafia: Definitive Edition (Sept. 25)

In my opinion the Mafia games don’t get the credit they deserve and hopefully this newest release will get it that respect, it hits shelves on September 25.

“Part one of the Mafia crime saga – 1930s, Lost Heaven, IL Re-made from the ground up, rise through the ranks of the Mafia during the Prohibition era of organized crime. After a run-in with the mob, cab driver Tommy Angelo is thrust into a deadly underworld. Initially uneasy about falling in with the Salieri crime family, Tommy soon finds that the rewards are too big to ignore. Play a Mob Movie: Live the life of a Prohibition-era gangster and rise through the ranks of the Mafia. Lost Heaven, IL: Recreated 1930’s cityscape, filled with interwar architecture, cars and culture to see, hear and interact with. Re-Made Classic: Faithfully recreated, with expanded story, gameplay and original score. This is the Mafia you remembered and much more.”

The Walking Dead Onslaught (September 29)

Releasing just in time for the show’s finale the new Walking Dead game is completely different from any other Walking Dead game we’ve seen on PS4 so far, especially seeing all of them have been Telltale games so far. this time it gives us a VR experience and hits shelves on September 29.

“There’s no rest when survival is on the line. Step into AMC’s The Walking Dead on PSVR, Oculus Home and Steam VR. Prepare for an onslaught of walkers as you assume the roles of your favorite characters from the show, and confront the horrors and humanity of this apocalyptic new world.”

Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time Is Out Today And People Are Loving It

The Samurai Jack cartoon was wildly popular back in it’s day and garnered a cult following of sorts since and much to any fan’s delight the video game based on the popular animated show has finally released today to overwhelmingly positive reactions.

The game is an action platform game featuring the original voice actors from the show as well as locales featured in the classic show. With a dozen weapons or so to master there are many different ways to play for the many different kinds of players out there. Also featuring skill upgrades to further allow you to play the game your own way.

These days when a game releases it’s generally met with lots of negativity, even when the game is pretty good…the fact is gamers have become the worst Karens there are and will always find something to whine about and that’s coming from a gamer of 30+ years now. Samurai Jack: Battle Though Time though has been receiving almost all positive reactions and I thought it’d be fun to share some of how people are reacting on Twitter today with it’s release…so without further delay let’s get to those tweets.

It’s not their first time developing this type of game and they have seemingly done a great job this time around.

This right here is huge…If you want your game to be a success these days then you need to work with content creators online not against them with stupid copyright strikes.

It really was a fantastic show…maybe the success of the game will spawn a reboot???

It’s available on every platform so there’s no excuse for missing out on the fun with this game.

From the sounds of things it’s great on every platform…I’ll certainly be picking it up myself in the next few days…

What are your thoughts?

Were you a fan of the show?

Are you excited to try the game out?

Until Dawn An Honest And Overdue Review

I know, I know, I’m a bit late to the party with this one but I haven’t had a whole lot of time to game lately as my son is on summer vacation and I’m either outside with him or we’re inside and I let him have the PS4, so I decided I’d go back through my library of free games and just pick one I haven’t played yet.

The first thing I’ll say about Until Dawn is that it looks amazing, the characters are rendered ridiculously well and overall the game world looks pretty nice. The game reminds me a bit of those old “choose your own adventure” books but in video game format, a little bit like the Telltale games except your decisions actually carry a lot of weight in Until Dawn, In the Telltale games most decisions don’t really affect the outcome of the story so much in Until Dawn your choices can mean the difference between life and death for you. The butterfly effect feature is really interesting and makes you really think on your choices.

Featuring some great talent voicing the characters such as Rami Malek, Hayden Panetierre and Peter Stormare and the do the best acting you could in a 2015 video game, you can could only render so much emotion at the time but it’s done very well for the time. These actors help you to become attached to and sympathize with their characters and really helped to bring the game together.

One of the few problems I had with the game was the controls felt a bit clumsy, the quick time events worked well enough but walking around the game world wasn’t always as slick as it should have been, it’s a minor complaint though seeing the majority of the game is QTEs and choices being made. another thing that i noticed that isn’t so much a complaint but I just found it odd is that the actual gameplay parts of the game seemed better rendered than the cutscenes…perhaps the only game I’ve ever seen that in, I played it on PS4 so can’t speak for other platforms.

Overall the game was a good time and didn’t take a huge commitment of my time to play through plus once you beat it you can go back to any episode and make different choices to see how things would have gone.

Overall I give the game a 7 out of 10 and recommend checking it out if it’s on sale.

What are your thoughts? have you played it yet?

Ghost of Tsushima Is Finally Here And It Looks Stunning.

The action adventure game Ghost of Tsushima was released today and seems to be getting a lot of positive attention. Developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony the game takes you on a journey through Japan in 1274 during the first Mongol invasion and puts you in the role of a samurai named Jin Sakai who is one of the last remaining samurai left.

This isn’t so much a review as I have not played the game yet, although I do plan to eventually but seeing the response on Twitter and the beautiful screenshots people are sharing from the breathtaking in-game world I just wanted to take part in spreading the word about what so far sounds and looks like a fantastic game.

Here’s what people on Twitter have been sharing about the game.

Here’s the official tweet from PlayStation

People are sharing some of the breathtaking atmosphere from the game…just the rain and wind here are amazing!

Here a player shows the starry night sky, I wonder if it’s accurate to real life.

This is some of the nicest shadows I’ve ever seen in a game.

People seem to be loving so much about the game.

This sunset is stunning.

Seriously look at how beautiful this is!

And there’s a little fox too! Bonus.

When a game is so stunning that it distracts players from playing it then you know you’ve done something right.

What are your thoughts on the game? Have you started playing it yet or do you plan to soon?

The Last of Us 2 an Honest Review(SPOILERS)

It’s been a 7 year wait but fans have finally got the chance to experience the sequel to the masterpiece of a game The Last of Us and opinions have been divisive to say the least. Critics and fans alike seem to be impressed with the gameplay, graphics and overall atmosphere of the game but the story and the fate of certain characters has many people upset. Some of the reason people give for being disappointed in the game are very valid, others…well not so much…As a huge fan of the first game I really wanted to go in depth and talk about why, although not a perfect game by any means, The Last of Us 2 is not the total shit show everyone is making it out to be.

I suppose I’ll start with the aspect of the game that most people were relatively happy with, that being the game-play, graphics and overall look and feel of the game. The graphics are top notch and a testament to the PS4’s capabilities and will only get nicer with the PS5 release of the game. The amount of small details Naughty Dog goes out of their way to include is amazing. The animations upon killing an enemy are just plain brutal and practically have you feeling the pain of it and the controls are basically the same great controls from the first game with a few updates to make things even more seamless. There are plenty of good things to be said about the game but most of the attention the game is getting is for things people don’t like about the game, so let’s get into that aspect now.

The story is where many feel the game fell short and I can certainly agree with that to some degree. The main plot point that is upsetting fans is the horribly brutal death of Joel, not only do a lot of people feel they shouldn’t have killed Joel but many also feel they didn’t have to kill him off in the way they did, many people feel they disrespected not only Joel but the fans that fell in love with him and Ellie from playing through the first game. I personally feel his death gave players a reason to play again, before that point in the game you have no clear goal, nothing really driving the story forward, I however don’t agree with how they killed Joel off, he should have gone out fighting as that was the Joel we all knew, a fighter and survivor but Naughty Dog chose to kill him off in a way that very much was disrespectful to the character. I can fully understand people being upset about this but I don’t agree that this ruined the story, not all good stories have happy endings and Joel’s fate doesn’t change the fact that this story was an emotional rollercoaster, it evoked real emotions from us, whether good or bad that is what a good story should do.

Another aspect of the story a lot of people hated was the ending, Ellie with revenge within her grasp, after everything she’s gone through and everyone she’s lost, just decides to let Abby live and walks away from it all. As much as I was looking forward to killing Abby after what she did to Joel, once you play through her part of the game and understand her side of things it’s pretty clear to see she isn’t the bad guy, sure everyone is upset she killed Joel, but if we hadn’t all played as him in the original game he would obviously have been the antagonist, it’s our attachment to Joel and Ellie that has blinded some people and made them miss the fact that this is actually an amazing story, you have two sides to the story, two people that start out motivated by revenge alone, as we play through their respective stories and watch them each lose one person after another because of their obsession with vengeance an ending where they both realize it will never stop unless they stop it makes total sense to me, they each learned that killing won’t bring anyone back and violence only begets violence. I also feel that Naughty Dog left room for another sequel, which I’m cautiously excited for already, maybe this isn’t the end to the story…and that fact gives this ending even more hope.

One other complaint people have about the game is that it’s too focused on LGBT stuff and that Naughty dog went overboard trying to make it an inclusive game, I don’t feel this is a valid complaint at all and therefor won’t be giving it much thought here, you want realism in your games? guess what? Gay people exist in the real world…get over it, there is one gay couple in the whole fucking game and if that bothers you for some reason then the problem lies with you not with the game…grow up or go play Fortnite…so in the end is it a perfect game? not in the slightest and it’s by no means as great as the original but it doesn’t deserve even a fraction of the hate that it’s getting…I’d give it a 7/10 which these days we’re lucky to get, most games that come out these days are incomplete and full of bugs, The Last of Us 2 was well worth the $60 price tag and honestly , you can’t say that about many games these days, so give it the credit it deserves at least.

Neverwinter Nights

I love the older RPGs like Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior and the game Heroland, developed by Xseed Games, looks like it will help me scratch that itch I’m having to play one of these games, it looks like it has a bit of a Paper Mario thing going on as well and that’s a great thing in my opinion. The game puts us in control of a theme park guide working at a theme park for wanna be heroes where you can explore dungeons and slay monsters on a quest to become a real hero. The game has a really cute look to it and looks to be a solid release for those of us who love old school RPGs and releases for PS4 and Nintendo Switch on December 3, 2019.

Terminator: Resistance

I’m a huge fan of card games and deck building games like Slay the Spire and Monster Slayer and although I can’t find a ton of details about Cardpocalypse it sounds right up my alley and promises to be a unique experience where you change the cards and the rules as you play through this single player card game. The game will be available on all consoles and PC on December 12, 2019.

Any game from the makers of Katamari Damacy is sure to be unique and the adventure game Wattam looks like it will deliver on that. A unique art style and a world filled with colorful characters will certainly please fans of their past games but looks unique enough to attract newcomers as well. The adventure game will be available on PC and PS4 on December 17, 2019.

This list doesn’t contain every release coming in December but these are the games I would choose for myself for Christmas and I typically enjoy the games that fly under the radar.

8 Great Playstation 4 Games Being Released This Month (November, 2019)

Maybe it’s just me but I feel like most months I’m lucky if even one decent game I might enjoy is released and even then , these days most games are released with tons of bugs and patches needed. This month there are quite a few promising releases, so let’s go over them and hope they live up to the hype once released.

Death Stranding

There has been a lot of hype around Death Stranding for a long time now and for good reason, the legend himself Hideo Kojima is involved and typically any game he puts his hands on ends up a masterpiece. It is Kojima’s first game since he left Konami back in 2015 and he promises to bring his unique storytelling method into this new game. Death Stranding is an open world action game that according go Kojima himself, will explore the connections between life and death. With talent like Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen involved Death Stranding is sure to be on a lot of Christmas lists this year and comes out for PS4 on November 8, 2019, although with games these days it could still end up delayed, so fingers crossed we get to play it this month.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

When Star Wars: Battlefront 2 was released there was a lot of anger over the whole microtransaction aspect of the game but the game wasn’t horrible by any means. With the release of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order I for one think that Star Wars games will be redeemed as the game looks super promising. It’s a single player action-adventure game set after the event of the film Revenge of the Sith and puts players in control of a young Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis as he tries to escape the clutches of the Galactic Empire. I have found two different release dates for the game , it’s either November 11 or November 15, 2019 and will be released on not only PS4 but Xbox One and PC as well.

Just Dance 2020

The Rhythm Dance game follows the same formula as it’s past entries with of course , updated music and it will be the first of the games to be released for Google Stadia. Some of the artists included in the game are Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Billie Eilish, Skrillex and Justin Bieber plus a ton of other great artists. Just Dance 2020 actually came out today November 5, 2019 so if this is your thing you can buy it right now.

10 Great Free-to-Play PS4 Video Games

Neverwinter is a free-to-play MMORPG or massively multiplayer online role playing game set in the world of Dungeons & Dragons within the Forgotten Realms campaign setting. It is developed by Cryptic Studios and published by Perfect World Entertainment. It has a very in depth character customization allowing for a large variety of different builds and playstyles. The player base isn’t as large as it once was back in 2016 but is a healthy number and it’s still worth a try if you haven’t played it yet. There are microtransactions of course like most free games and here is even a good amount of pay 2 win elements to the game but you can play the entire game and be just as good as anyone else without spending a cent.

Apex Legends

Apex Legends is a First Person Shooter Battle Royale game, 20 teams of 3 battle it out to be the last team standing. It pretty much came out of nowhere and took the gaming and streaming world by storm, it’s hype has died out a bit but with the 3rd battle pass just released along with a new map , it’s a great time to either pick the game up or get back into it. With 11 characters to choose from each with their own unique abilities you can choose whatever play style you enjoy best. There are microtransactions but they are for purely cosmetic items.

Gwent : The Witcher Card Game

The Witcher games contained a fun little activity you could take place in to take a break from all the questing and what not and they took that card game Gwent and made it into it’s own game. It follows most of the usual card game rules but is just different enough to be it’s own thing. The 3 rows part of the game is what sets it apart from others , only allowing you to use certain cards in certain rows or having different effects according to what row you put them in. For anyone into trading card games this one’s certainly worth a try.

Fallout Shelter

Although it seems more like a game you’d play on a tablet or phone Fallout Shelter can be lots of fun. It’s a side scrolling resource management game set in the Fallout universe. It’s available on all platforms and although it’s free-to-play it does have many microtransactions and the game has grossed over $100 million to date. Become the overseer of your very own vault, a great little time waster for sure.

Smite is a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena game or MOBA where you take on the role of a god, immortal or a creature from ancient mythology and battle for supremacy. It is mostly played in a 5v5 format but does have numerous game modes with different rules. There are 105 different playable characters, giving you near endless variety and replayability. It has a large player base and doesn’t seem like it’ll be going anywhere anytime soon.

This game could easily be mistaken for a triple A title and for a free game is amazing. It is a team based third person shooter and is similar to other games in the genre and is set in the distant future giving you use of pretty cool weapons and tech. If you’re looking for a break from your usual games and haven’t play Warframe yet , it’s certainly a great option.

Very Reminiscent of Twisted Metal this vehicular battle game has almost endless customization options , allowing you to build your vehicle from scratch piece by piece. The controls were kind of clunky when it first came out but they have made a ton of improvements in the game and it is much more enjoyable now.

This team based shooter is a lot like Overwatch but without all the cheaters and hackers. It’s just good fun and easier to pick up and learn than a lot of games these days. There are currently 42 different characters to choose from and although you have to purchase some of them the ones you can use free rotate occasionally giving you chances to use everyone without putting money into the game. It has a good sized player base and it’s easy to find a match anytime you want to play.

H1Z1: Battle Royale

Like the name says this is another Battle Royale game except this time in third person. It is kind of like a watered down version of PUBG but I actually enjoy H1Z1 a lot more, simplifying the game allows the player to focus on gun battles rather than attachments and loot all the time. I can’t even tell you the amount of hours I spent on this game with my buddies but I can tell you it’s most likely way too much.

Everyone knows this game but I had to include it regardless because it is a global phenomena and a powerhouse in the gaming world and is part of why so many games are starting to use the free-to-play business model. The king of the battle royale games for sure and certainly a favorite of the younger gamers right now.
